Our range of ductile iron fittings offer durability and strength for long-term performance across a range of water, sewage, wastewater and slurry applications.

Clover's ductile iron fittings are manufactured to AS/NZS2280 for premium quality and superior long-term reliability and performance. Our fittings are compatible with ductile iron pipe (AS/NZS2280), Series 1&2 PVC pipes (AS/NZS4441, AS/NZS4765 & AS/NZS1477) and our Superlit Glass Reinforced Polyester pipes (AS3571).

Overview

All our fittings are compatible with PVC pressure systems, Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP), Ductile iron and legacy networks for optimal flexibility when supporting your pipeline requirements.

Standards

Clover ductile iron fittings comply with the requirements of the following standards and dimensions:

AS/NZS2280 – Ductile iron pressure pipes and fittings.
AS/NZS4087 – Metallic flanges for waterworks purposes.
AS/NZS4158 – Thermally bonded polymeric coatings.
AS/NZS4020 – Products in contact with drinking water.

Diamater Range: DN80 to DN750
Pressure Rating: The allowable pressure for a pipeline system is limited to the lowest pressure classification of all pipes, fittings & components within the pipe system.
Fitting Pressure Classification:
Socket fittings PN16 unless shown otherwise
Flange fittings PN16 (Standard flanges) or PN35 (High pressure flange)
