Joining Clover in 2017, Michael brings experience in the plumbing and civil infrastructure industry to his role across business development and account management.

His previous work experience in internal sales makes him well-equipped to help provide our customers with service that addresses their unique requirements every step of the way.

He takes a hands-on approach to the entirety of a client’s solution: offering technical support, quoting on customised solutions, and ensuring that our customers have a clear point of call for any and all enquiries during the project delivery.

Michael believes that customer service is the most important element of his role, and he considers the most successful projects to be ones that result in a happy client and repeat business—forming long-standing relationships for future projects.
